How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within North America. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
What is your return policy for skincare products?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare items.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, Formula Fig is committed to ethical beauty. All of our proprietary products are 100% cruelty-free and formulated without animal-derived ingredients.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your package's journey.
Do you offer international shipping?
